Some products sold directly by Moorescarts and Open Box Deals that are covered under a manufacturer's warranty may be eligible for repair by a third-party repair service provider authorised by select manufacturers to repair their products.
Note: It's important that you back up any files and remove any passwords before sending an item for repair. We also recommend that you remove any personal data and only send what was included in the original box.
We'll issue a replacement, or a refund if a replacement isn't available, instead of a repair for the following cases:
The item is eligible for repair and is still under the manufacturer's warranty, but it can't be repaired.
The cost of the repair is prohibitive.
What items can be repaired?
If your item appears to be defective more than 90 days after the receipt of the order, it might be eligible for the repair service. If your item is eligible for repair, you'll be offered this as an option in Your Orders. This option allows you to send the item directly to the third-party repair centre.
All electronics and electrical items sold on Moorescarts with value $50 or above comes with a 6 months shop warranty.
